Yep i can quite comprehensively say i'm a metalhead from the Birmingham area. I don't live too far from where Ozzy grew up actually - i live in Oldbury!

Been to a couple of 'battle of the bands' type gigs recently in search of local metal talent to follow and i have to say there's some good stuff out there still unsigned. I'd recommend you check out a band from Wolverhampton called Heresy, they're excellent. Saw them play at Glastonbudget 2009 this weekend and they were immense.
