I recently joined this site looking for friends across the uk or maybe love if it happens BUT i stumbled across the profile of guy that is almost twice my age that i just adore. Iv spoken to my friends about it and they think its sick but i want to get to know him better and even meet up with him in person. The guy in question has said he doesnt think its a good idea to meet up but is happy to be friends! I want more what can I do?

Its a social stereotype not helped by the paedo situation. Historically it was the norm in Victorian times for 15 year olds to be wedded to 50 odd year olds.
Personally, I think its just a set of numbers. If you really like someone then go for it!!
(and no I am not interested in 15 year olds thanks!)
