I've never actually 'lived' in Cornwall, but spend a lot of time there. According to a family tree thingymajig I found, my ancestors can be traced back to Cornwall to pre-11th century (Domesday Book). How come I don't feel Cornish? Maybe if I moved a mile or two across to the other side of the Tamar my heritage might rub off on me Smile

I am Cornish and very, very proud to be! Possibly controversially, have to say that unless your birth certificate says Cornwall you can't profess to be Cornish. My roots here go back to at least 1440 as I am a little bit Rosevear. Think we Cornish should be able to have a Cornish passport at the very least.
