Hi Lauren, you can do all sorts really... you can browse peoples profiles, put info and pics of yourself on your own profile, send and recieve messages, see who has looked at your profile... and you can use the forums, which is a great way of making friends and maybe more. The main forum is a lot busier than the reginal ones.
