Hey everyone, this is my first post! Saw all the discussions about desperate cries for love, fraud profiles, safe Vs unsafe love and thought of posting something different for a change..

I have traveled a lot and the one thing that strikes me anywhere i go is the passion for life...If you have it than life even in the abject lanes of slums can seem great and if you don't than even the best position in life can be an absolute nightmare!

But how infrequently do we talk about it or even search for it..I see so many posts here about how toned one's body is, the absolute size of ****, the perfectly formed body and how little about the sense of humor, the music, the books you like and what personality lies when everything is just taken away....

Lets have more discussions on these and maybe people will find their soul mates rather than those great at creating a virtual mirage...

I have a passion for life and I know where you're coming from.
Give the same fruit to 2 different people and one will see the tough skin, wonder if it's going to be too sharp , shall they use a knife to peel it blah blah blah...... the other is already half way through it and savouring each mouthful!

i feel like this site isn't to find a sol mate but a love mate ....

I think this site has all kinds of people and I know quite a few people ARE looking for their soul mates on here just like you, but then there are also those who just want love partners or friends to socialise with.
I guess it's just you have to go through a lot of people to find the ones who's 'wants' are the same as yours.
It is helpful, to be specific on your profile about what you're looking for, 'cos I read profiles and then I can answer a message by saying that 'we're looking for different things' or I can be attracted to somebody but then if he likes women size 10-12 there's no point in me messaging him..... and the fact that size is stated, then it MUST be something important to HIM
