Right, for one...change your picture. Put one of you with a head on shot, just simple...possibly smiling.

for two, I think your asking a bit much from a dating site. Just think of it as a place where you might get in contact with someone or a few people to go out with, for a drink..have some fun, maybe more...you don't know. So keep your profile statement simple as well. Be welcoming, state your hobbies and interests and dreams...etc, then maybe someone will find interest in it with similar hobbies and contact you. Other than that...I don't think there can be any more info I can give.
