What is Deeksha?
Deeksha literally means benediction. It is a healing energy, a pure, intelligent energy which enables us to experience a shift or change in our thinking and feeling patterns.

What is Oneness?
Oneness is when you let yourself be what you are. Then you let others be themselves. Then love grows within and it grows to all around and ultimately to God. When you awaken to oneness all the different fragments in oneself unite within us and there is an absence of conflict. Division within happens due to a lack of love of oneself.As the experience of Oneness grows, changes such as conflicts begin to disappear. Humanity experiences itself as one family.

What is Oneness Deeksha?
Oneness Deeksha is a simple method of giving profound rest to the body and peace to the mind. The experience of Oneness is transferred through Deeksha. Literally Deeksha means blessing. It is a transfer of divine energy that is a pure, intelligent healing energy which enables us to experience a shift or change in our thinking and feeling patterns.
