An extension from the first post - again from personal experience:

"You're such a good friend to me..." or
"I'm surprised a nice girl hasn't snapped you up yet..."

Yeah thats because more then likely you guys didnt have the balls to make a move.

Always make a move and if its not recipricated time will heal the wounds. From personal experience I have never lost a friend for trying to take things further.

My favourite one tho is "you cant put that in there!!" I hate it when they say that hahaha
