Was planning to move somewhere in the UK, and a friend moved nearby. Did plenty of study on the place and it seems pretty nice. This place has just over half the entire population of my country, so I assumed there would be plenty of opportunities here which there does seem to be.

Climate is pretty much the same, but we actually get a summer (which is now SADFACE). Feels like home 6 months ago!

In Gorton, so not far from the city centre. Yeah, the weekend before I left it was 33 degrees in Dunedin. Pretty high temp for the place, especially considering it was before summer started, but I do feel like I am missing out
