Does anybody know of any bars/clubs/pubs that play rock music in Nottingham?

I know of the little bar that is near the cornerhouse and the slug and lettuce, can't remember what it's called, and also the one with the bookcase you have to try and find the door to get to the bathrooms..(i'm useless with names!)

Anyone know anymore?

Rock city?

Yeah, Nottingham's famous for Rock City. Or at least I thought it was A relatively small place, but they pull in some good bands.

junktion 7 (I don't know where it is exactly..uptowards alfreton rd me thinks) golden fleece on mansfiled rd..in fact theres a few on there that have bands on..rock, metal, indie etc..bunkers hill down hockley, whats those two uptowards chutneys..the salutation inn & the other one??? can't remember the name..children something ...they have bands playing & the jukebox is awesome in there as I recall. If its rock you want junktion 7 is the best venue..music on there most weeknds. x

I'm familiar with tap now...

few places the narrow boat, the trip , ye olde salutation , the pit and the tap , and yes rock city theres a few more out of the city centre . i think the corp at sheffeild beats rock city .
