I have found this that some of the members just plainly not reply to any msgs ......... I found that to be rude as we are all here to meet new people and possibly find someone we are looking for but if you dont give the other person a chance its useless and if u dont like the profile of that person just dropping a line saying "not intrested" would be I feel considered polite rather than just keeping mum bout it ..........

is it so hard to just drop a line ..........

even if the person is not online just dropping a line would be nice and that would show the other person a very positive side.......

I feel that unless the message is offending in any way it should be answered I am sure u would take a phone call from a stranger n talk to him for a moment then ...... why this

anyway I would also like to mention some members are very promt in there reply n are very nice people over here n thats whats keeping me here

In my experience replying just encourages the person, people who seem to think you will be interested despite them not being what your profile says you want think that any form of attention is positive and there starts a succession of "aww come on babe, Im good you know" messages

i tend to reply to msgs, seeing as its just polite really, but its not like im getting 50 odd per day so its easy to keep up!! dunno why tho coz im pure amazin. lol

i agree too, i used t reply to messages saying sorry not interested but they wouldnt leave me alone, tbh it was on anther site but still...

yep same here, you reply in anyway and most think that no means yes. and then they dont leave you alone

I try to reply to every message that I get.( I apologize if there might have been someone that I forgot.) I think that it is just the right thing to do. I also agree that you do get some that won't take no for an answer. The bad thing about me is that while I will try my best to be nice and tell them that I just don't think I am the right one for them...They still keep on at which time I will cave and give in!I guess I feel that it won't take that much effort to answer a message or two.(just to be nice) Still I think it is just being nice to answer your messages interested or not. Thank you! T

And for those to whome No means no and not interested means not ineterested. What happens to them?

Not that I don't already know, but it would've been nice to have been told such things at the start.
