I dont know if I've got a spyware problem or not, but just recently when I click
a link to another page on this site a new browser window opens up and I've got either targeted selling or another dating site. has anyone else had this problem, and does ayone know how to cure it (have tried a spyware scan).

If it only happens with this website then it's not spyware. If this "other" dating site is plenty of fish, then it sounds like you've clicked a legitimate advert on this website.

If you want to know how to deal with malware, then this website is as comprehensive as it gets when it comes to information on dealing with all sorts of bad things on your computer.

http://www.malwarehelp.org/

It's not a quick read, but it has tons of help and recommends good software to use to help you out. Anything that site doesn't cover is, for the most part, things that would only confuse you rather than help you.

It has prevention guides as well as info on removing things ... prevention is always better than cure, so read those bits too!
