Yep, the razing of the Hawley Arms is an absolute tragedy. But, you know it will be back bigger (well, technically, probably the same size) and better soon..
It will be hard on the market stall owners though..although word is they are a resilient bunch.

before the fire, there was talks of closing the market to be redeveloped for a shopping complex...funny how somebody decided to just set it on fire then....
